Two beach walks, in different weathers

A week or so ago on a sunny day we had lunch at The Beach Deck, a cafe/restaurant right on the beach beyond the pier and the Redoubt Fortress, almost at the shop where we buy fresh fish. We didn’t manage to get a table on the deck itself but we still enjoyed the views (while staying warm!)

We walked a bit further along the beach afterwards and I took some photos. The sea was flat calm.

Then yesterday the weather was fresher and the wind getting up. Nice for a walk along the seafront west and up to Beachy Head for a pint and a pie!
